What the app adds
This site shows the list. The app measures your own shelf against it: scan a barcode or type a name, and it counts the litres and the calories you actually hold, then reports how many days that lasts for the people in your household.
It reports the authority's guidance and writes none of its own. Where an official figure does not exist, it says so and counts the item as present or absent rather than inventing a number.
